Hello Dear One,
I believe in the interconnectedness of all Life. I believe in the power of your spirit to raise above all challenges. I believe in the beauty of your dreams.
My spiritual journey has led me to explore various yogic lineages and healing techniques, after more than 20 years of experience I have developed my own style of teaching.
Through my ability to hold space I guide groups and individuals in the deeply restorative healing practice of Yoga with an expertise in Hatha & Kundalini Yoga.
Throughout my life Yoga & Meditation have helped me tremendously to heal from anxiety, stress, depression, and find emotional balance, healthy body image as a young woman and a strong sense of Self Love.
I will ask you to be present here now. I will invite you to fall in Love with your true Self. I will invite you to care for the body-spirit-mind connection and awaken to a Greater Power within you.
My study of Classical Indian Raag and Love for music have led me to explore Naad Yoga, the universal sound current and devotional song, integrating this into my unique style of teaching.
The retreats and classes I offer are an alchemy of the transformational tools I have experienced. May they serve you and your highest Destiniy to walk steady on the path of Light.

This strong + athletic yoga style will combine breathe and movement in a harmonious way.
Finding good alignment in our body posture (asana) is our primary focus.
