Nina Suza

NINA IS A YOGINI AND HEALER OF BODY, ENERGY, AND SOUL.

With her joyful nature and equally present gentleness, she guides people with sensitivity on their yoga path, bringing a modern application to an ancient practice. As the daughter of a yoga teacher, the world of yoga was a natural part of her life from childhood. After years of ballet and dance training, she has been practicing yoga and meditation for almost 25 years. Throughout her childhood, she visited sacred power spots around the world—Egypt, Africa, Mexico, Sri Lanka, and India—and learned energy healing (Pranic Healing) from an early age. In London, in 2002, Nina completed her first yoga teacher training in Kundalini Yoga under Yogi Bhajan. For her, the fascination of Kundalini Yoga lies in its rapid and effective transformation of consciousness.

Through the various phases of her life, yoga has been unparalleled in its support. It helped her as a young girl to overcome fears and discover deep emotional balance; as a woman, to develop a healthy body image; and above all, to cultivate an unshakeable sense of self-love. We women are divine, creative beings. Our bodies and voices are expressions of profound feminine essence.

Naad Yoga—the knowledge of the universal sound stream and devotion to the healing power of the voice—flows repeatedly and effectively into her work. With our voices, we create sound temples of transformation for ourselves and the world.

The retreats and sessions she offers are a heartfelt alchemy of all the transformative tools she has discovered on her yoga journey. It is her deepest wish that they help you awaken your soul light, live your purpose, and continually choose the path of light.

“YOGA IS, FOR ME, A LIVING FORCE AND A RADICAL PATH BACK TO UNITY.”

Nina’s personal practice rests on two pillars—Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Here, dynamic, sound-based meditative Kriya Yoga is combined with an intelligent and systematic asana practice.

Her further specializations include:

  • Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training, Gurmukh Kaur, New York (2007)

  • Kirtan Singing, Master Ustaad Narinder Singh Sandhu, North India (2004–2006)

  • Pure Yoga Teacher Training (Anusara Yoga), Hong Kong & Taiwan (2008)

  • Personal Training, Inside Yoga, Frankfurt (2011)

Kundalini Yoga
The “Yoga of Awareness”… for many millennia remained a well-kept secret of great yogis. In India, it is lovingly called the mother of yoga—a complete, transformative, and highly effective yoga method. The wise teachers say that one year of Kundalini Yoga equals the effect of 24 years of Hatha Yoga.

Kundalini Yoga is a holistic method of body and energy work that systematically combines asanas (postures), deep pranayama (breath control), powerful mantras (projection of the mind), and effective mudras (hand gestures) to cleanse, strengthen, and stimulate the body while awakening one’s creative potential.

Through its powerful strengthening of the nervous, glandular, and immune systems, it has both rejuvenating and vitalizing effects on the body and brings deep relaxation to the mind. In a short time, long-standing blockages in body, soul, and mental state can surface and dissolve.

The Kundalini energy (Shakti) rests in a latent state at the base of the spine (root chakra). Its awakening is the liberation of the yogi. All kriyas practiced are based on the chakra system, dedicated to harmoniously awakening this hidden force within us and enhancing overall well-being.

A classic class consists of tuning in, kriya, deep relaxation, and meditation.

Hatha Yoga & Vinyasa Flow
Hatha / Vinyasa Flow is a powerful and athletic style of yoga in which movement and breath merge into a flowing unity.

Here, the focus is on the postures (asanas), which are built up with thoughtful variations to balance physical misalignments, develop concentration, and cultivate mindfulness. This practice strengthens the body and liberates the mind.

The flow is meditation in motion.

Through changing sequences, each class remains fresh, challenging, joyful, and deeply transformative.

I actively support each student in developing their personal practice through skillful alignment, hands-on adjustments, and centering.

I aim to open inspiration by offering insight into one’s own true nature.
